<p>Abstract<br />Nonfatal Drowning was defined as survival, after suffocation by immersion or subemersion. Aspiration pneumonia is one of the most common complications nonfatal drowning. It reported that a female patient, aged 50 years, drowned in Pariaman sea, found aspiration due to Bronchial specimen were carried out, type gram-negative bacteria found, namely Pseudomonas aeroginosa. Patients received meropenem and fluroquinolone (levofloxacin). Based on clinical evaluation, laboratory chest X-ray, patient improved 7 days treatment.<br />Keywords: seawater, drowning, pneumonia, pseudomonas aeroginosa</p>
